  • COD (Cash on Delivery) may carry a small additional fee.

    • With original tags and packaging

    • Not altered or customized

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items

  • Custom-stitched or tailored pieces

  • Accessories and dupattas (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards or store credit

🔄 Exchange Options

  • You can exchange for a different size or product of equal or higher value (with balance payable).

  • We’ll arrange pickup if available in your area. Else, we’ll guide you through the return courier.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or to your original payment method (based on case).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after item inspection.


📝 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@karpasably.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Pictures (if product is damaged or incorrect)

  2. We’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours with return instructions or a pickup confirmation.


⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item—we’re truly sorry. Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll prioritize a free replacement or refund.
