1. Customized / Made-to-Order Clothing
- All customized, altered, or made-to-order garments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Refunds are not applicable for customized products once the order is confirmed.

2. Retail / Ready-to-Wear Clothing
- Retail products purchased from our collection are eligible for exchange only.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Refunds are not applicable for retail purchases.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange an exchange or replacement after verification.
