1. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused, and unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@karpasably.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

  • We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or product, subject to availability.

  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund (as per your preference).

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Saree blouses and stitched garments

  • Jewelry and accessories

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the rare case you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged/defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
