Here’s everything you need to know about placing, customizing, and receiving made-to-measure outfits with us.

🧵 How to Place a Custom Order

  1. Choose Your Product
    Select the outfit you wish to customize from our collection.

  2. Contact Us

  3. Share Measurements
    We’ll guide you on how to take accurate body measurements. You can send them via email or WhatsApp.

  4. Confirm Design & Final Price
    Once we confirm feasibility, timeline, and pricing, you’ll receive a final order confirmation.

  5. Production Begins
    Upon confirmation and pre-payment, your custom outfit goes into tailored production.

⏱ Timelines

  • Custom stitching & tailoring: 7–14 business days

  • Embellished or bridal orders: up to 21 business days

  • You’ll be notified of expected delivery dates before payment.

P.S. We promise to never rush perfection—but we always aim to deliver on time.

💰 Payment Policy

  • All custom orders require 100% advance payment.

  • Due to the personalized nature, COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available for tailored items.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy for Custom Orders

Because custom orders are crafted just for you:

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted on custom-stitched products.

  • In rare cases of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Note: Custom colors or designs may slightly vary depending on screen brightness, lighting, and fabric type.

We’ll provide a simple measurement chart and tutorial video to make the process stress-free. You can also visit our boutique for in-person fittings (if local).
